In the heart of Big-Big City... 

The secret agent in that red car just waved at you at the intersection, then flipped a middle finger. Fluent in the art of body language, you know exactly what this means. It is time for a Bodycount Race. 

The two secret hand signs are written on your apartment wall along every other clue you've gathered, and you've never been more prepared, as an elderly woman is flung across the street by your now bloodied bumper. 

You lose? Your human rights are forfeit as the government's human test subject.  

You win? Interrogate the agent and promote him to MIA. Start again tomorrow, if you survive.
